Dear Mom and Pop,
We'll here's another letter but I'm afraid I don't have much to say. I got the pipe Unk sent me today also two issues of the G.E. news but no letters. The mud is getting deeper and deeper over here all the time. I have a pair of goolashes to splash around in but my pants still get muddy. I've got 14 missions in now. My last one was a milk run - I didn't think there were any of them left. I've got just four more missions to go before I'm half through. The other day I got a latter from Bud - he's in France near Paris. It sure was nice to hear from him again. Tomorrow is new years Eve so I'll have to have a couple of drinks to you. Say, don't send me any more cheese or caned fish, it takes to many raton points. You can send some crackers, but no more candy. I guess they don't make beer in cans any more, do they? Say, I sent a supprise package home for xmas, keep a lookout for it. It should be there by now. Well, I have to get up early tomorrow morning so I better close. Not only that but I can't think of anything else to write about. How is Uncle Roy - you said he was sick - hope he's OK by now.
Love, Rae
P.S. Send me something to read.
P.P.S. Please don't send any more of this paper in your letters, I have loads of it.
P.P.S. Do you see Mac and Dan in the picture - all you can see is the back of their heads. The tall boy is the cook - the two in the XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
